Schedule B - Non-Contract Technical Service Rates (Effective September 15, 2006)
Telephone Technical Support	$ 125.00 / incident
Custom one-on-one training at fP Center	$ 640.00 / student day - or - $ 80.00 / hour
Onsite Training/Consultation	$ 1,000.00 / student day plus expenses
Custom Programming Services [application specific programming imports, exports, platform file transfers]	$ 150.00 / hour plus expenses - 1 hour minimum - half hour increments - or - Per quote
