An annual technical support
contract is between your company and fP Technologies,
Inc. and only covers support that we give to you
or your employees. If one of your customers contacts
fP Technologies, the support call will be considered
a non-contract support call unless the customer
has purchased and signed an annual support contract
directly with us.
The price for an annual support
agreement will be based on the largest user count
that you have installed either at your facility
or at a customer site. The additional fees will
apply based on the platform or other products
that you are going to request support on.
The actual number of
copies of filePro that you have re-sold is not a
factor in determining the cost for your support contract.
For
instance, let's say you have sold 25 copies of filePro
[12 Windows and 13 SCO Unix], 2 copies of fPcgi,
and 5 copies of fPSQL and the highest user count
was a 16 user license. The basic fees for an annual
support contract from Form
200 Schedule A would be:
