Important Changes to Payment Terms for filePro Products

After a recent and necessary review of our payment terms, we have come up with the following changes:

  1. All support calls shall be paid by Credit Card or an Annual Maintenance Contract.
    The current rate for Technical Support is $125.00 per incident.
    Annual support contract options can be reviewed here.
  2. Unless terms have been established, all payments must be received prior to shipment or download.
    Terms can be established by submitting a credit application and providing references.

    Once terms are approved, product may be purchased as agreed.

    Software purchases must be paid within 15 day under the following conditions:
    1. If a customer requests TERMS on any order over $1000.00, a sixty (60) day temporary license will be issued. Upon receipt of the payment, a permanent license will be made available for download.
    2. If payment is not received within 60 days, the temporary license will expire and the software will no longer operate. To activate a permanent license it will be necessary to pay the Full Retail product price with NO discount.
    3. Any invoice which is NOT paid within the 30 day period, will be accessed a 1.5% late fee charge being added to the balance as of that date.
