filePro Main character-based runtime menu:
fileProGI main menu... click on your choice with your mouse
or press a key on your keyboard as you've been use to doing:

fileProGI file selection... double click on the file you want
to access with your mouse or highlight and click on Select:

you want to use or highlight and click on Select:

Notice that protected fields can be rendered as either flat

bottom of the screen when you enter the states field... then
click on it:

You can hit the right mouse button when you are in a numeric
field and select fileProGI's calculator function:
fileProGI calculator... perform whatever calculator operation
you want and click on the = button to update the field:
You can hit the right mouse button when you are in a date field...
click on calendar for fileProGI's calendar
fileProGI calendar... double click on the date you want to
update the date field:
When you are in field you can select characters and hit the
right mouse button to Cut the field contents:

If you modify your show statements in your processing tables
fileProGI will render these modified show statements as clickable
show buttons. You can put an & in front of a character
in your show statements and fileProGI will automatically
underline the character:

You can embed files onto your data entry screens by modifying
your input processing to include special MESSSAGE ... SEND
commands. Here is an example where filePro GI renders a DVD
Jewel Case Cover as part of Screen 1:
You can launch external applications such as word processors,
image viewers and just about any application which Windows
will automatically launch based on the registered files extension
for that application. For instance to launch Microsoft Word
you can modify your processing to include special MESSSAGE
... SEND command:
You can place a text labels on your screen using show statements
which are web page and e-mail addresses and then if the user
clicks on them fileProGI will automatically launch your browser
and point it to the web page address:
or launch your e-mail program and put the e-mail address on
the screen as the send to address:
